Terms and conditions

These terms apply to participation in the rewards programme and use of commercialreview.

1. Scope and acceptance

  • These terms apply to the full rewards programme and related services of commercialreview.
  • By registering and using the platform, the participant accepts these terms.
  • commercialreview may change these terms. Changes are published on the website and take effect from the stated effective date.

2. Participation and account terms

  • Participation is personal: each individual may have a maximum of one active account.
  • Participants must be at least 16 years old, live in the Netherlands and have a Dutch bank account.
  • Participants must keep their data accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Misuse, manipulation or providing incorrect information may lead to termination of membership and forfeiture of points.

3. Commercialcoins and rewards

  • commercialcoins are earned by taking part in available studies and questionnaires.
  • The number of points you can earn differs per study and is shown in advance.
  • Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed through the platform.
  • A minimum threshold of 1,000 commercialcoins applies for redemption.
  • Earned points remain valid until the end of the second calendar year after the year in which they were awarded.
  • Redeemed points cannot be converted back into commercialcoins or cash.

4. Communication and inactivity

  • commercialreview may send service messages about account, balance, transactions and administrative updates.
  • commercialreview does not guarantee a minimum number of studies or invitations per period.
  • In case of prolonged inactivity (12 months), membership may be limited or terminated.

5. Privacy, liability and termination

  • Personal data are processed in accordance with the privacy statement.
  • Participation is at your own risk. commercialreview is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • In cases of force majeure (such as outages, failures or external disruptions), the service may be temporarily or permanently adjusted or stopped.
  • Both the member and commercialreview may terminate membership. Upon termination, rights within the rewards programme expire.
  • These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
